We hope our Urban Hiit Ladies are enjoying their well deserved week off!
The following video is you week of workout. You will need to do this 2 times during the
week as well as joining us for 3 Yoga classes.
The workout 50-10 x 3
1. Squat 25 seconds/squat pulse 25 seconds
2. Lunge 25 seconds/lunge pulse 25 seconds
3. Push up side plank, alternating sides
4. Plank row with 5-8lb dumbells
5. Mtn climbers 25 seconds / Isometic Ab hold 25 seconds
