A New Beginning For Two Fitness Trainers!

Hi Everyone. I just wanted to tell you about a new adventure I am embarking on with my business Partner Louise Green. We have spent so much time running our businesses that our own weight has crept up on us We are training our clients everyday and spending lots of time in a gym but not getting as many of our own workouts in as needed. We arte hoping to be an inspiration to followers, clients, friends and family. We hope you choose to embark on this journey with us and get back the life you deserve!
Our Story
Louise Green and Michelle Ricketts, both Certified Personal Trainers and owners of two busy fitness businesses have found that since starting their companies their own fitness and healthy eating have taken a back seat. “We want to get back to the healthy lifestyle that we encourage our clients to strive for every day“. It is easy for them to tell people how to make lifestyle changes, but they both thought “showing” people would be much more powerful and effective.
This blog will be their “bare all” journey of a collective 100-pound weight loss.  A story that they hope their clients and general public will identify with and benefit from.
Michelle is a 29 year old woman with no kids and has a busy business and an active social life. She finds herself struggling with weekend alcohol indulges and eating whatever her boyfriend eats; even though she is all about having fun, drinking alcohol and late nights don’t really mesh with where she really wants to be.
Louise, a 38-year old mother of an active two-year old, also has a busy business and household to run so struggles with finding the time and energy to schedule in consistent fitness and nutritional planning.
Both ladies are operating businesses where motivating and helping others has been their priority. However, they both entered the fitness industry because of their passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.  Although they both still exercise, the consistency, intensity and progression has been left in the dust somewhere. While their clients continue to see results, Michelle and Louise have not!
They want to show people that if you want something badly enough you must go to any lengths to get it. They both know a journey like this takes support, determination, discipline, a plan of action and a ton of organization.
The blog will include, meal plans, fitness plans, challenges, triumphs, weight loss progress, shopping lists.  It will also include the emotional side; general thoughts and feelings, how they overcame certain situations, how they are sustaining this journey and will give you all the tools and motivation to join them on your way to a healthy lifestyle!
