Our Fit 2 Play Youth Program

This Youth Program is designed and coached by International Youth Conditioning Association accredited Youth Fitness Specialists. Our Instructors have tons of energy and are experts in creating a fun, safe and positive environment for your children.
This is an hour long great workout. We have games infused with specific training for this age group and body weight strength training. This class is designed for the athlete and the beginner. Your kids will leave sweaty, hungry for dinner and talking about how they can't wait for the next class!
